About this Collection
Women everywhere are still struggling with pay inequality when compared to men in the workplace. Some think it’s just the pay gap, but research shows it’s much more than that. Women are more likely to be undervalued, under-appreciated, and excluded.
It’s even worse when considering women of color. As a result of being a double minority, women of color often have to work twice or even thrice. Just to earn 63 cents for every dollar earned by white men.
